Terms of Use (EULA)

Presence is a coaching app that helps users practice conversation confidence, speaking delivery, style review, social simulations, daily plans, reminders, and personal growth.

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information.
• Keeping login credentials secure.
• All activity under their account.
• Not sharing access in a way that harms Presence or other users.

Users keep ownership of their content, including profile information, goals, messages, recordings, transcripts, images, practice history, and prompts. Users grant Presence permission to store, process, display, sync, and use that content only as needed to provide app features.

Presence's AI features are coaching and practice tools, not medical, mental health, legal, financial, emergency, or professional advice. Optional AI features may share your submitted content with OpenAI after you grant in-app permission. AI suggestions may be wrong or incomplete. Users are responsible for their own decisions and real-world actions.

Presence may offer free and paid features, including auto-renewable monthly and yearly subscriptions. Subscription titles, lengths, and prices are shown in the app purchase flow before purchase.

Purchases are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat. Payment is charged to your app store account when you confirm the purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Deleting your Presence account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Users must not:

• Break the law.
• Upload harmful, abusive, misleading, or infringing content.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Abuse AI features or automated systems.
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app.
• Use Presence for spam, fraud, harassment, or unauthorized commercial activity.

Presence may update, pause, remove, or change features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Users can delete accounts in the app from Profile, Settings, Delete Account. Some limited records may remain where required for law, fraud prevention, security, accounting, tax, or payment compliance.

Presence is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that coaching, practice results, scores, reminders, style feedback, conversation simulations, or AI results will be accurate, safe, available, or suitable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Presence and Adit Savani are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, personal, professional, emotional, financial, or other losses caused by using or relying on app suggestions.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means the user accepts the revised Terms.
