Delete Your Presence Account

Presence gives users a direct way to delete their account inside the app.

How To Delete Your Account In The App

  1. Open Presence.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Open Settings.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Read the confirmation.
  6. Type DELETE and confirm deletion.

What Will Be Deleted

Deletion removes:

  • Account profile
  • Name and account email stored in Presence profile
  • Avatar files
  • Goals, focus areas, preferences, and notification settings
  • Practice history, scores, XP, progress, lessons, and routines
  • AI coaching sessions, simulator messages, transcripts, and feedback
  • Saved reminders and app data tied to your account
  • Support and feedback records linked to your account where possible

What May Not Be Deleted Immediately

Some limited records may be kept if required for:

  • Legal compliance
  • Fraud prevention
  • Security
  • Payment records
  • Tax or accounting obligations
  • App Store or Google Play subscription records controlled by Apple or Google

Subscription Warning

Deleting your Presence account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription.

To cancel on iPhone: Open Settings, tap your Apple ID, tap Subscriptions, select Presence, and cancel the subscription.

To cancel on Android: Open Google Play, tap your profile icon, tap Payments and subscriptions, tap Subscriptions, select Presence, and cancel the subscription.

If You Cannot Access The App

Email savaniadit@gmail.com from your Presence account email.

Subject: Delete Presence account

Message should include your Presence account email, confirmation that you want your Presence account deleted, and any relevant details if you cannot access the app.

Processing Time

In-app deletion is designed to happen immediately. Email deletion requests are generally reviewed within 7 business days.
